1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Domestic Shipping (USA)

• Shipping Time: 3–7 business days

• Shipping Carrier: Standard carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)

• Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

3. International Shipping (Non-USA)

• Shipping Time: 2–3 weeks (depending on destination and customs clearance)

• Shipping Fee: Flat rate of $25 per order

• Carrier: Standard U.S. Mail or equivalent international service

• Customs and Duties: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees levied by your country.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your package on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of order confirmation, please contact us.

5. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@bntomilano.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
