Limited Lifetime Warranty Agreement

1. What Is This Warranty?

This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers the identified product for manufacturing defects for an indefinite period, as long as the product is used under normal conditions and remains with the original registered owner.

 

2. What Is Covered?

- Faulty stitching or detachment of structural parts
- Zippers, buttons, or closures with manufacturing defects
- Abnormal wear under standard usage
- Detached linings or compartments

 

3. What Is Not Covered?

- Improper use, overloading, or mishandling
- Excessive exposure to water, sun, or chemicals
- Scratches, stains, or natural fading of leather
- Damage from impact, cuts, pressure, or abrasives
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Electronic components
- Theft, loss, mold, fire, or transportation damage

 

4. How to Claim

Contact BNTO with a description and photos of the defect along with a copy of the completed warranty form. BNTO will respond within 5 business days confirming receipt and advising if the case is pre-approved. If so, the customer must ship the product to BNTO for final evaluation. Upon confirmation, a new or equivalent item will be sent at no product cost.

 

5. Shipping Costs

All shipping costs (to and from BNTO) are the client's responsibility, unless otherwise specified in writing by BNTO.

 

6. Validity and Limitations

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It may be voided in case of fraud or misuse. Warranty start date is the purchase date.
